The Model NX13 pulls up to 13.0kW of power. This is significantly more than a standard 3kW geyser. Standard domestic wiring WILL OVERHEAT if not upgraded correctly.

Thin or substandard cables will melt under high current loads, posing a critical fire risk to your home.

All Anlabeier units must be installed by a Certified Electrician. Incorrect wiring is the leading cause of E1 and E4 faults.
Ensure your wiring matches your selected power range to avoid "E1" or "E4" faults.

If voltage is low in your area, you may need to select a higher power grade or decrease water flow to reach desired temperatures. Important: Always ensure your wiring matches your selected power range to avoid "E1" (Leakage) or "E4" (Dry Burn) faults.
